- Once you are in my blog, you will see many articles, notes, multiple choice question, OSCE question for download. You cannot read the files directly, but you have to download it from certain file hosting sites. I will write the tutorial section so that it becomes easy for you to download the files.
To begin with, on right hand side you will first observe TABLE OF CONTENTS with a scroll bar. Roll down the scroll bar and select the file you wish to download. - After writing in brief about the post , you will notice two links. Bring the mouse cursor over this link, hover link colour will change and mouse cursor will become a hand. Click it and you will be taken to new webpage (either in same window or new window).
- I have uploaded my files in two file hosting sites. One is ifile.it and another one is divshare.com. You can download the file from any hosting site (both are same).
- To download from ifile.it click REQUEST DOWNLOAD TICKET button. The webpage will automatically refresh and a new button DOWNLOAD will be displayed.Click on it and your download will start.
- To download from divshare.com you will notice a green button with DOWNLOAD written on it. Click that green button, webpage will display time. You have to momentarily wait for few seconds. After that again click on green button and your download will start.
- Another widget is CATEGORIES, all my posts have labels and if you wish to download files, click on any category to see what i have posted.
- Next widget is GOOGLE TRANSLATE BUTTON, if you wish to see all my posts in your language, click on it, select the language and after few minutes my blog will be displayed in your language.
- Next widget is SUBSCRIPTION. You can subscribe to my blog by writing your email address. Click Subscribe, you will recieve a notification of subscription in your mail. Make sure you check your email and verify to get the updates.
- Next widget is SHARE/SAVE BUTTON. With this you can share my blog with your friends or colleagues, you can share my blog with any social networking sites. If you have difficulty in remembering my website, you can bookmark with this tool.
- Another widgets is FEEDJIT for blog statistics and the last one is SHOUT MIX. In this you can write your comments, notify me if any of the post links are dead.
- This blog is integrated with facebook, under the name of BLOG IN OPTOMETRY PAGE, you are most welcome to visit and you can see more features.
- At the end of footer, you can go through DISCLAIMER and ABOUT AUTHOR. Try as much possible to use the latest browser such as Internet Explorer 8 or 9 or Firefox 3 or 5, Chrome 11 or 12, Opera 11.1 or 11.5 or of your choice to display blog effectively.
- There are some files which are in SWF format. SWF flash stands for Shockwave Flash. In order to open these files you need a software called as SWF OPENER. Just google it, and this software is free.
